How long does it take to ship? top

Most orders will ship with in 3 or 4 days from when order is placed or sooner. If there is a large order placed it may take a little extra time. All items are shipped first class mail and you will receive a tracking number when they are shipped out. I do work a full time job and work on my sales at night. Most orders are made as they come in. I sell many places and keeping a stock on hand is hard to do. Please contact me at anytime if you wish to get an update on your order.

How are my items shipped? top

All items are shipped in a flat envelope with extra card stock to keep them flat unless a card or layout and they are well packed in boxes.

Can I have custom colors made? top

Yes, you can have your tear critters made in many colors please email me in the contact form for the color you are looking for. Unless requested they will be shipped in the color shown.

I saw a card or layout I wanted but it's gone? top

Most cards and layouts are one of a kind and if you see something you like it's best not to wait, once it's gone its gone.

Do you take wholesale orders? top

Yes we love wholesale orders, please contact us for details in the Contact form.

I see a Tear Critter I want but I need a different pose? top

If you need a Tear Critter sitting but you only see them standing just Contact us on the pose you need and we will be more than happy to list one.

Were do the patterns come from? top

All Tear Critters are made from patterns and used with permission from The Beary Scrap and you can find the link in our Web Links page.

Do you offer quanity discounts? top

We can offer quanity discounts on purchases of 5 or more in a single order.

I would like to order a card do you take special requests? top

When time allows we can do custom cards please use the Contact form with your request.

I received my tracking number but still have not gotten my items? top

First class mail usually takes from 2 to 5 days but please allow up to 10 days depending on the mail system, once it leaves my hands I have no control over the US Mail.

What if my item is lost in the mail? top

If you have not received you item in a reasonable amount of time and looks to be lost in the mail we will replace your product as long as it is not a custom made piece. If your item is a custom made item then either a refund or store credit will be given.

Do you create the pieces your self? top

Most of the paper piecings are made from other designers and used with permission. Credit will be given to the makers. With out them we can not bring you these wonderful pieces.

Have you sold anywhere else? top

We have sold on Ebay and many other auction sites with very postive feedback. Please search ebay with seller ID pattyscraftyspot to read all the wonderful feed back from buyers. With increased fees from auction sites it was time to set out on our own.

Is your work listed anywhere else? top

Yes our work is also list on our blog and you can get the link in the Web Links page. If you see anything on the blog please contact us and we can see if it's still available for sale. Most items will be listed here for sale when they are completed.

Do you ship International? top

Yes we can ship International just Contact us with your address so we can can get you a shipping quote.
